This master bath features a Bordeaux style valance that is mounted on a fabric covered board. The main fabric is polyester with the shimmer that is reminiscent of silk in a spa blue floral. Note the contrast solid used for the lining of the side cascades. The valance is interlined to add a luxurious look to it and the bottom edges have micro sized cording/ piping in the contrast solid color to add dressmaker detailing.
